RACIEL CASTRO "TOPS EVERYTHING ELSE" AS HE "MELTS HEARTS"

RACIEL "topped" himself with his recent photo standing in the cattails and tall grass, windswept with red jacket open.

At least that's what one excited fan believes, and we are inclined to agree, although with RACIEL, "the best is yet to come",
